Businesses & subscriptions
Stripe handles subscription payments. Account status is updated by signed Stripe webhooks once configured. Manual status changes are recorded for support and staging.
Add a business manually
Creates an owner account and private workspace. Share the initial password securely with the owner; they should change it after signing in.

Deleted businesses (recoverable)
Deleting removes access and hides the workspace, but retains its database and files for recovery. Cancel Stripe subscriptions first.

Manually grant a subscription
Use this for offline payments, complimentary accounts, or subscriptions you manage outside Stripe. Access is time-limited and audited. It does not charge a card or create a Stripe subscription.
Subscription plans
Standard subscription: CAD $90 monthly or CAD $800 annually, plus applicable taxes. Price changes must also be updated in Stripe and the server configuration.
